The role

What you'll be doing

This role is ideal for someone who is both hands-on and detail-oriented, with strong experience in WordPress development, technical problem-solving, and integrations across multiple platforms.

WordPress builds

Build, edit, and maintain WordPress websites using themes, page builders, and custom code.

Troubleshooting

Fix bugs, plugin conflicts, tracking errors, and page speed performance issues.

Team collaboration

Work with the SEO, Ads, CX, and Media teams to support ongoing website needs.

Client onboarding

Set up and onboard new client websites, including CRM (Go HighLevel) configurations and integrations.

Integrations

Manage third-party integrations — Zapier, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and more.

QA & testing

Run QA checks, responsive design testing, and cross-browser validation.

Performance & technical SEO

Monitor and improve site performance, uptime, and technical SEO health.

DNS, domains & hosting

Handle DNS, domain configurations, migrations, and hosting environments (Cloudflare, WP Engine).

What we're looking for

You'll feel at home here if…

You have 2–5 years of experience in WordPress development or a similar role.

You know HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP well.

You've worked with page builders like Elementor or Avada.

You're familiar with technical SEO best practices and tools (GA4, GSC, etc.).

You've built integrations and automations — Zapier, APIs, CRM tools.

You have a solid understanding of hosting, DNS, SSL and website infrastructure.

You bring strong problem-solving skills and real attention to detail.

You can manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary, schedule and benefits

Salary

$1,500 / month

Starting salary.

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EDT
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EDT
  • Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Time.

  • 10 paid vacation days per year (+2 days every year)
  • 11 paid holidays (U.S. Federal Holidays)
